Mac responded quickly and professionally to my initial enquiry about air conditioning and was able to provide a variety of options and costs. Once confirmed he was able to quickly complete the job with his team, and worked a long day to get everything done in time. Mac and his team were professional and personable. No issue was too big, we practically had a whole re plumb and boiler relocated as the rads and plumbing hadn’t been done since the house was built in the 50s. They were efficient but thorough, can’t thank them enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. I’ve had my boiler serviced with Mac for the last couple of years and highly recommend. I recently had an issue with my solar energy system, which Mac fixed during the boiler service. Clearly explained the best timer set up for me - super helpful. Great communication and reliable. Respectful of my home.

Radicool came to change and re-position and fit a new boiler from a bedroom to the loft. They are very professional and knowledgeable, the installation is 10/10 also very neat and tidy. They went above and beyond to meet our requirements (flu out of roof instead of a wall). We are very happy with the works carried out, and will definitely use them again, I highly recommend Radicool Services Ltd

I called Mac after him being recommended by my mother as my boiler was playing up (coming on when switched to off and then not coming on at all). He fixed the problem but pointed out the boiler was probably due to be replaced and had been poorly installed. Within the week I had him back to install a new boiler which is infinitely better than the old and is also able to be controlled through my phone and Alexa via the Hive app. It is amazing the difference a decent boiler makes and the fact I can fully control it from my settee is a major plus. Radicool have just installed a combi boiler in our new home. Mac was really helpful when making recommendations and arranging the job, and we couldn't be happier with the work completed by him and his dad. Whilst a few unexpected issues arose during the install, Mac remained professional and approachable, giving excellent advice throughout. We highly recommend Radicool.

Had 2 radiators replaced by Mac. I'm so happy with the end result, extremely professional, very tidy worker and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm hard to please, and I'm extremely satisfied with the finish and how conscious Mac is whilst carrying out work. Would highly recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat.

Mac is so helpful and knowledgeable, he recently serviced our boiler and was so friendly. I thought my hot water had stopped working so messaged him and he replied instantly and went through all the checks with me — turns out I'd knocked one of the switches off!
