    
Calorifiers - Water heating is a thermodynamic process using an energy source to heat water above its initial temperature. Typical domestic uses of hot water are for cooking, cleaning, bathing, and space heating. In industry,used in Hospitals, Prisons, any petrol chemical plants and other industrial factories that use steam in a boiler house both hot water and water heated to steam have many uses As shown above these Chlorifiers (also known as Tube sicks/ Tube bundles)
Because steam goes through the tubes at such a high presure after a period of time if often causes eroding and leaks from water & steam damage thus they require Cleansing, descaling, cropping, re-tubing and presure testing |

As you can see the tubes are blocked with scale and plate eroding. causing leaks and failed insurence test
At radiacool we service these units easily either by chemical cleaning, or re-cropping removing a few milimetres from the tubes and skimming the plate on our laves.
The end result is a shiny back to new fully functioning machine
